The New Patient Experience
Your initial consultation is more than a checkup—it's the beginning of a partnership. We take the time to understand your goals, listen to your concerns, and conduct a comprehensive assessment of your oral health. From there, we'll walk you through every diagnosis and treatment option until you feel like an expert in your own care. Because informed patients make the best decisions.
Thoughtful dentistry leads to better outcomes and longer-lasting results
Richards Frankel Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice, which means we don't participate with dental insurance networks. This isn't about being exclusive—it's about providing the level of care we believe every patient deserves.
When dentists participate with insurance, they're bound by network fee schedules, treatment limitations, and time constraints that can compromise quality. We choose a different path.
"Going to Richards Frankel Dentistry is more like meeting friends for conversation, laughter, and companionship while receiving outstanding dental care. I’d hang out there-that’s how delightful it is."

Dr. Danielle Richman is a Cleveland native who returned home to practice dentistry after graduating in the top 10% of her class at The Ohio State University. Her patients know her as warm, meticulous, and genuinely invested in their long-term health—not just today's appointment.
What drew her to Richards Frankel Dentistry wasn't just the technology or the reputation—it was the philosophy. Like Dr. Frankel, Dr. Danielle believes dentistry is a combination of art and science, that oral health is inseparable from overall wellbeing.
Dr. Danielle earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Ohio State, was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society, and is currently advancing her training at The Pankey Institute and through Spear Education.
