Margaret Frankel, DMD
meet the dentist
Dr. Frankel is Visiting Faculty at Spear Education, where she mentors and teaches dental professionals in advanced treatment planning and airway prosthodontics.
She has lectured for organizations including the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Medicine Department, where she has twice presented Grand Rounds on the role of dentistry in sleep-disordered breathing. As well as speaking for the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, Global Diagnosis Education, the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, Guest lecturing at Case School of Dental Medicine and Weatherhead School of Business providing insight on entrepreneurship in dentistry.
A passionate, full time practicing dental professional with a focus on regenerative dental care, and a robust clinical background in comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry, academic involvement, and a commitment to continuing education and teaching. Experienced in lecturing, publishing, and mentoring clinicians. Actively involved in professional education and conference presentations.
Her scholarly work includes contributing to the Quintessence textbook The Art of Complete Denture Therapy for the General Practitioner, authoring the section on the edentulous airway.
Dr. Frankel is a mother of two, and works alongside her husband Dr. Jonathan Frankel, a facial plastic surgeon.
Danielle Richman, DDS

Dr. Danielle Richman is a Cleveland native who returned home to practice dentistry after graduating in the top 10% of her class at The Ohio State University. Her patients know her as warm, meticulous, and genuinely invested in their long-term health—not just today's appointment.
What drew her to Richards Frankel Dentistry wasn't just the technology or the reputation—it was the philosophy. Like Dr. Frankel, Dr. Danielle believes dentistry is a combination of art and science, that oral health is inseparable from overall wellbeing.
Dr. Danielle earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Ohio State, was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society, and is currently advancing her training at The Pankey Institute and through Spear Education.
