What Makes Me a Better Dentist Everyday?

Some people ask me how, especially after the pandemic, I stay motivated. In addition to my drive for excellence, there are a few things that make my job as a family and cosmetic dentist exciting each and every day. These things help me wake up with the energy and drive to do what I do, and push myself even further.

Here are just a few:

Magnification

It’s important to me that my practice invests in the most up-to-date dental technology so we can offer our clients the best and most future-thinking results for their dental health. My magnification tool enables me to see your teeth and gums as vividly and clearly as possible, eliminating shadows and magnifying decay and other issues.

Camera

Another one of my favorite tech-savvy tools is my dental camera that offers a crystal clear view of your teeth, enabling you and our team to see clearly what can be done and adjusted to create the natural smile you’ve always wanted. Dental Photography- a necessity in cosmetic and thoughtful care. I’m using my camera everyday- it captures a real moment in time and documents failing old dentistry and brand spanking new dentistry! It helps me show the patient his/her teeth- they get to see what I see It also allows me to critique my work so that I can keep getting better!

Amazing and supportive staff

I couldn’t be more blessed to have my amazing team. Their knowledge, experience, and dedication to the field brings world-class care to our patients.
My team combined has over xxx years of experience and our company culture is to treat each other and our patients exactly how we’d treat our own families. I am so lucky to share my dental journey with my incredible and dynamic team.

Continuing education and a network of dentists around the world

I make continued education and networking a vital part of my professional career. The passion I have for dentistry, that ignites fire, the drive I have to provide unparalleled dental care that integrates overall health into treatment – I have many other dental experts in my professional network to thank. I am so thankful that I have so many innovators and movers and shakers in my life. To learn more about ongoing dental education, check out the opportunities at Spear Education!

Blood, sweat and tears

I am always working on making my practice and my work world class for my patients. From ballet to figure skating, I have always been motivated by the concept of excellence. I also know that the mouth in the window into your body, and if whole-body health is what you want for yourself and your family, excellent dental care is a part of that big picture.
